Experience & Qualifications

Located in Southern Maine with over 14 years of experience and professional licensure in Maine and New Hampshire providing geological, hydrogeological, and environmental consulting services throughout New England, I have worked with a wide range of private, industrial, and municipal clients across diverse project types and regulatory environments.

My professional experience includes:

  • Environmental due diligence services including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), environmental media sampling (soil, groundwater, surface water, soil vapor, and building materials), data interpretation, and technical report preparation.

  • Hydrogeologic assessments including groundwater quantity and quality evaluations, groundwater elevation mapping, and conceptual site model development.

  • Environmental and geotechnical drilling oversight, monitoring well installation, and groundwater monitoring program development and implementation.

  • Construction oversight support including soil and groundwater management planning, remote environmental dust monitoring, and regulatory guidance.

  • Statistical evaluation and interpretation of environmental data for compliance monitoring and long-term trend assessment.

  • Permitting and regulatory support services for aggregate industries, including technical evaluations, environmental compliance, variance applications, DOT aggregate source permitting, blasting vibration assessments/peak particle velocity estimations, and economic evaluations of mineral resources and extraction operations.

  • Industrial hygiene assessments for occupational hazards including noise and respirable silica dust in accordance with applicable OSHA and MSHA guidelines.

  • Expert witness support related to drinking water well contamination and environmental matters.

  • Third-party technical reviews for private industry and municipal clients.

  • Offshore wind development support including experience serving as client representative, survey party chief, and CPT operator for nearshore and offshore investigation programs throughout New England, the Gulf of Mexico, and Europe.
